There are two layers, and both come from the store, not the brand. The first is the listing's own return window. At our last check it showed 30-day returns, and the seller pays return shipping. The second is eBay's Money Back Guarantee, which covers an order that never arrives and an item that is not as described, such as wrong, broken or faulty goods (eBay guarantee).
We found no separate written guarantee from Titan Labs or any official store. So we promise nothing the listing does not promise. If you simply decide the capsules are not for you, use the listing's returns rather than eBay's guarantee, since a change of mind is not a not-as-described case. The 60-day question
Is there a 60-day Zeaxan guarantee?
Not that we can find. The number 60 appears in two places and neither is a guarantee. The label says to consume the capsules within 60 days of opening a bottle, which is about freshness. And a bottle holds 60 capsules. The only return period in our sources is the listing's 30 days.
The money-back badge on the brand's seals panel is a graphic with no written policy behind it. The terms that apply to your order are the listing's returns and eBay's guarantee, so rely on those and ignore any page that quotes a longer period.
