The fine print on returns
Which return terms win if two sources disagree?
The eBay listing's terms win. An earlier brief we were given said the buyer pays return shipping, but the listing on October 12, 2026 said 30-day returns, seller pays return shipping, so we follow the listing.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee also covers items not received and items not as described, if you open a request up to 30 days after delivery (eBay guarantee). Payments made outside eBay are not covered.
Only mail a return to our New York returns address, 4 Times Square, Floor 22, New York, NY 10036, USA, if the order desk tells you to. Add your full name, email and order ID. For refunds the desk handles, allow 3-5 business days after the return is credited, then 5-10 days for your card issuer to post it. Full details are on the refund policy page.
